XR + AI player development

Train smarter.
Play better.

The game is decided in the half-second before the ball moves. ARena is the platform built to train that half-second — and, for the first time, measure it.

Ninety seconds inside the idea.

01 — Why now

The half-second is finally measurable.

01

Physical commoditization

Physical tracking is maxed out. When output is automatic, it stops being an edge and becomes the price of entry.

02

The cognitive battlefield

Elite budgets are shifting hard toward real-time decision-making — where the remaining margin actually lives.

03

Hardware readiness

Sub-frame XR latency and on-device AI can finally process instinct at game speed, without the lag that killed every earlier attempt.

02 — The session

Turn the physical court into an interactive training ground.

No simulator room. No joystick. A real floor, a real ball, a real body — and a defense that arrives the instant the coach calls it.

01

The coach sets the picture

From a sideline tablet: action, coverage, pressure, time. No scripting, no engineer in the gym.

02

The floor comes alive

Defenders appear on the real hardwood, reading and closing at game speed — never identical twice, so it can't be memorised.

03

The player decides — with a real ball

Footwork, pivots, the pass. The rep stays physical; only the pressure is generated.

04

The answer comes back before the next rep

Not a clip to review next week — a score on the read itself, while the player is still standing where it happened.

See the rep. Fix the rep. Next rep.

Ten times the decisions, in the same hour.

A drill hour gives a handful of genuine reads. ARena delivers them back to back, each one scored.

03 — The engine

Meet the decision engine.

Underneath the basketball sits a general loop: simulate a situation, analyse how a human reads it, return a score inside the rhythm of practice, and shape the next rep around the answer. Four layers, exposed as an SDK.

XR Layer — Simulate

Live scenario

Projects the scenario onto the physical court — action, coverage, pressure, time. Parametric, so difficulty moves continuously.

IN: coach intent
OUT: live spatial scenario
Data Engine — Analyze

Decision graph

Tracks movement, orientation and reaction time on-device. The play becomes a structured graph of what was seen, and when.

IN: on-device sensing
OUT: decision graph
Feedback Loop — Evaluate

Decision score

Turns raw action into one number a coach can act on — calibrated against expert coaches, not invented by the model alone.

IN: decision graph
OUT: decision score
Tailor Made — Personalize

Next scenario

The system learns the player over time, so pressure keeps landing on the weakness — not the comfort zone.

IN: score history

The Decision Score

One objective number for court vision and reaction — built with sports researchers, performance experts and computer-vision engineers, and calibrated against real coaching judgment, not invented by the model alone.

Under the hood it draws on eye-tracking, motion tracking and computer vision — the class of technology elite performance labs use, running live on a normal court.

04 — The hard part

Why this hasn't been built before.

None of the four layers is impossible alone. Holding all of them together at game speed, on a real floor, is the actual problem.

01

Speed is the product

Feedback after the next rep has started is a report, not coaching. The read must be captured and returned inside the rhythm of practice.

02

"Good decision" needs defining

Speed you can time with a stopwatch. Quality needs a reference — expert coaches judging the same reps, kept only where they agree.

03

Virtual must respect physical

The ball, floor and body are real. Holding a generated defense in exact registration with all three is where immersive training usually breaks.

On hardware

The headset is an implementation detail.

We aren't betting on a device. The engine moves as hardware moves. What stays constant is the decision layer.

05 — The horizon

One engine, infinite arenas.

Basketball is where we prove it: the densest decision sport, the fastest to adopt, the hardest to fake. But nothing in the engine is basketball. Swap the scenario layer and the same loop reads a midfielder, a quarterback, or a unit clearing a room.

Phase 01

Basketball, proven

Design partners and a working baseline, built hand-in-hand with the coaches who use it every day.

Phase 02

Wider access

Rolling out across coaches, academies and programs beyond the first design partners.

Phase 03

Multi-arena

The same engine scales into soccer, football and tactical training verticals.

06 — Who it's for

Built around the coach's day.

Deployable in a normal training facility, run by the staff already standing in it.

Academies

Develop reads in young players before habits set, with progress you can show a director or a parent.

Clubs

Give staff an objective view of decision-making that survives an argument in the film room.

Colleges

Add high-volume decision reps inside strict practice-hour limits.

Federations

Apply one standard of decision quality across programs and age groups.

Subscription tiers — scaled to program size
Individual
Coaches & schools

Single-floor deployment for personal coaches, high schools and small programs.

Program
Academies & colleges

Multi-player rosters, session history and staff accounts.

Organisation
Pro & federations

Custom scoring philosophy, multi-site deployment and integration support.

Pricing is set per program during onboarding. Pilot partners keep founding-partner terms.
Pilot program

Let's build the future together.

We're onboarding a small group of academies, clubs and performance centres as design partners — early access included.
